Das 19m² große und moderne Appartement ist perfekt für Studenten, die für einige Monate nach Bremen kommen. Es ist nicht nur super günstig, sondern auch komplett möbliert!
Neben einem großen Fenster mit toller Aussicht, sind ein eigenes Bad und eine Kochnische (zwei Kochplatten, Kühlschrank & Waschbecken) zu finden. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Waschraum zu benutzen und sein Fahrrad in einem der Fahrradkäfige unterzustellen.
Obwohl sich die Wohnung in einem Studentenwohnheim befindet, ist sie angenehm ruhig. Einer Lernsession steht also nichts im Wege. Langweilig wird es trotzdem nicht, denn man trifft immer andere Bewohner und es gibt einige coole Events oder Partys.

The modern apartment is 19 m² and perfect for students who want to stay a couple of months in Bremen. It is not only cheap but also fully furbished!
It has a large window with a beautiful view, a private bathroom and a kitchenette including a fridge. There is also a possibility to use washing machines and dryers in the washroom and a cage to keep your bike safe.
Although the apartment is part of a student dorm, it is really quiet. So you can study in your room without getting disturbed. Nonetheless it will never get boring because you will always meet someone in the hall and there are a couple of cool events/partys.
Die Wohnung liegt optimal für Studenten, denn zu Fuß braucht man nur 10 Minuten zur Uni!
In das Stadtzentrum kommt man mit Bus und Bahn innerhalb von 20 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuß) und zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind in relativ kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
Supermärkte, eine Drogerie und einen Asia Markt erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 5-7 Minuten. Außerdem sind der Unisee, das Science Center „Universum“ und der schöne Bürgerpark in der Nähe.

The apartment is ideally located for students as it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the university!
The city centre can be reached in 20 minutes by bus or tram. The bus station is only 2 minutes away and two tram stations are relatively nearby.
Supermarkets, a drugstore and an Asian market can be found after a short bike ride (5-7 minutes). In addition a lake, the science center ‘Universum’ and a beautiful park are located in the district.
Ich suche einen Untermieter für meine kleine, feine Wohnung von September bis Dezember. Wenn nötig, könnte der Zeitraum aber auch noch bis Mitte Januar ausgedehnt werden.
Das wichtigste ist allerdings, dass ihr eingeschriebene Studenten an einer deutschen Universität/Hochschule seid!
