A 1-room apartment is available in Luisental 29 for a short term from 21/11/2019 to 18/01/2020 (+/- 3 days flexible). I am a student in Uni-Bremen and I will be on vacation for that period. The property belongs to Studentenwerk (https://www.stw-bremen.de/de/wohnanlagen-bremen/wohnpark-luisental-28-29). There is a small kitchen in the room and a seperate personal bathroom. The washing machine at the basement (photos) can be used for an additional 1.5 Euros per wash.
The tenant can use my bicycle, cooking dishes, microwave, etc. The pictures were uploaded from the link above but you can come and have a look at the room anytime. The rent is 230 Euros/month (Internet, heating, all included). Preference will be given to a student/commuter who is willing to rent it for the entire duration.

In Luisental 29 steht eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für kurze Zeit vom 21.11.19 bis zum 18.01.2020 zur Verfügung (+/- 3 Tage flexibel). Ich bin Student an der Uni Bremen und werde für diese Zeit Urlaub machen. Die Immobilie gehört dem Studentenwerk (https://www.stw-bremen.de/de/wohnanlagen-bremen/wohnpark-luisental-28-29). Es gibt eine kleine Küche im Zimmer und ein separates Badezimmer. Die Waschmaschine im Keller (Fotos) kann für zusätzliche 1,5 Euro pro Waschgang genutzt werden.
Der Mieter kann mein Fahrrad benutzen, Geschirr, Mikrowelle usw. Die Bilder wurden über den obigen Link hochgeladen, aber Sie können jederzeit kommen und einen Blick in den Raum werfen. Die Miete beträgt 230 Euro / Monat (Internet, Heizung, alles inklusive). Bevorzugt wird ein Student / Pendler, der bereit ist, es für die gesamte Dauer zu mieten.
Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Studenten
