Du bekommst eine eigene kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer sowie ein komplett möbliertes Zimmer. Du wirst in der Nähe des wunderschönen Rhododendronparks wohnen, wo du dich nach einem Studien-/Arbeitstag schön entspannen kannst.

Since I go abroad for one semester, my private studio apartment is waiting for a new nice tenant for the period from September until the end of February (6 months). You will have your own kitchen and bathroom as well as a fully furnished room. You will live close to the beautiful Rhododendron Park where you can nicely relax after your study/working day.

In der Nähe des Apartments findest du mehrere Supermärkte (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe), Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen (5 Minuten zu Fuß), Ärzte, Sportzentrum, Bäckereien und gemütliche Cafés. Es gibt also alles, was du für ein angenehmes Leben brauchst!
Uni ist bequem mit dem Fahrrad (7-10 Minuten), zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn (20-25 Minuten) zu erreichen. Um die Hochschule zu erreichen, brauchst du 25-30 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 40 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

Close to the apartment you will find several supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe), bus and tram stops (5 minutes walk), doctors, sport centre, bakeries and cozy coffee places. So, there is everything you need for a comfortable life!
You will easily get to Uni by bike (7-10 minutes), on foot or by tram (20-25 minutes). To Hochschule: 25-30 minutes by bike or 40 minutes by tram.
