Ich biete meine möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung könnte auch nach Absprache langfristig gemietet werden. Es ist alles vorhanden an Küchenutensilien etc. Im Keller befindet sich ein Platz für ein Fahrrad sowie die gemeinsame Nutzung von zwei Waschmaschinen und einem Trockner.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Hulsberg-Viertel nahe des Weserstadions. 3 min Fußweg zur Linie 2&10 sowie 3 min zur 25 und ca. 8 min zu Linie 3.
Rewe und Rossmann sind auch 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ins 1/4 sind es mit der Bahn 5 min und mit dem Rad 10 min. Also alles sehr gut zu erreichen.

Für die Wohnung wird eine Kaution von 850€ verlangt. Außerdem sollte eine aktuelle Haftpflichtversicherung vorliegen.
Da ich ein Praktikum in einer anderen Stadt machen werden und selber bisher noch keine Wohnung dort habe, werde ich meine Möbel erstmal hier lassen. Sollte ich eine langfristige Bleibe haben, würde ich einen Teil meiner Möbel etc. evtl aus der Wohnung rausholen und die Wohnung könnte dann übernommen werden. Alles natürlich nach gemeinsamer Absprache.
