Das Apartment ist überwiegend frisch renoviert.

There is a garage and other parking spaces for bicycles, sports equipment, winter tires, etc. These are shared with the tenants of the 3 flat share in the rear building.
The apartment is mostly newly renovated.
The additional costs include all costs (including fast internet), except for the broadcasting fee.
Die WG liegt in Kattenturm in recht ruhiger Lage in einem Wohngebiet. Zu den Nachbarn besteht guter Kontakt.
Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus in ausreichender Zahl für Besucher und Bewohner vorhanden. Fahrräder können in der Garage sicher untergestellt werden.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist zu Fuß zwei Minuten entfernt, die Bushaltestelle ähnlich weit. Von der Haltestelle fährt man ca. eine Viertelstunde in die Innenstadt, die Hochschule Bremen ist inklusive Fußweg zur Hochschule in einer Viertelstunde zu erreichen. Bis zur Universität Bremen sind es ca. 35 Minuten.
Vom Apartment aus sind mehrere große und kleine Supermärkte sowie Bäcker und eine Apotheke mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erreichbar.

There are enough parking spaces in front of the house for visitors and residents. Bicycles can be safely parked in the garage.
The nearest tram stop is a two-minute walk away, and the bus stop is a similar distance. It takes about 15 minutes from the tram stop to the city center, the Bremen University of Applied Sciences can be reached 15 minutes, including a walk to the university. It takes about 35 minutes to the University of Bremen.
