I'm offering my apartment (THE FIZZ) due to moving in with friends from April 2015 and my apartment-contract expires at the end of June.
The cost per month is only 461€ (all included).
The apartment is fully-equiped. Shower-bath and WC with superior design. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge and sink. Free high-speed Internet access and cable TV.
All-inclusive rent: rent includes all incidental charges (including electricity and Internet).
Location:
The apartment is well-located, near both University and the BurgerPark (a huge and nice park) and with excellent public transport connections (tram number 6 and BUS) to the City Centre, the train station -Bremen Hauptbahnof- (approx. 15 min) and the airport (30 min).
It is a very quiet area, especially in the resting time, ie evening/night.
It is also possible to find a pub in the Uni complex and there are supermarkets in 5 minutes by public transport.
You can walk to the university (2 minutes) and go for nice walks, jogging or rides in the Bürgerpark in less than 5 minutes.
Residence:
There is a supermarket attached to the residence and open until 21, balconies at every floor to allow quality time with your neighbors as well as 3 really nice common rooms with a fully equipped kitchen in one of them. The place has also many car park and cycle spaces.
Shared washing machines, there is a lot so you always find one free. There are also drying rooms.
