Comfortable 22m^2 room in Neustadt in a nice neighborhood!

I'm leaving back to Spain because i will finish my Semester here and i would like to rent my room during these two months. Although there is the possibility to rent it for more time.

THE HOUSE:
The room is big enough for one person, it has a double bed and a sofa. Two windows with nice view of a small park/garden. Three garderobes, a desk, a small table, a shelf and a hanger. The bathroom is shared with 3 other people. It's a shower and a toilette.
The kitchen is shared with the people of the floor, which means 8 people. The kitchen is full furnished: fridge, oven, microwave, shelfs, center table, everything.

THE PEOPLE:
The house is perfect for those people who like to socialize with others. The house is full of people of different countries, always new people is comming in and old ones that leave. The kitchen is usually the meeting point, there is where you cook and eat with the others while you tell them about your day and also drink a beer with them (why not?). The house also likes to party sometimes so we organize parties one or two days during the weeks and after them we go out. We also consider other plans such as going to the riverside when there is good weather, for example.
If you are a calmed person there is also space for you in this house, as you have your private space in your room, so it just deppends on you.
