Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und komplett ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist 21m² groß mit einer wunderschönen großen Terrasse, auf der bis Mittags die Sonne scheint.

Die Wohnung liegt im grünbewachsenen Bremer Milchquartier, direkt hinter dem Goethe Theater. Gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist man dennoch in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt und 2 Minuten im belebten Steintorviertel, mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Eisdielen.
The apartment is located in the Bremer Milchquartier, close to the Goethe Theater: a very quiet neighbourhood but still very close to the city center (5 minutes) and to the Steintorviertel (2 minutes), a lively district with lots of shops and cafés.
Monatlich liegt die Miete bei 500€ inkl. allem (bei 6 Wochen 700€). Ich selbst wohne hier sehr gerne und würde mich freuen, wenn sie in der Zeit, in der ich nicht da bin, weiter bewohnt wird.

The bedroom is about 21 square meters with a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the sun until noon. Monthly rent amounts to 500€, all costs included (for 6 weeks it’s 700€).
