Studentenapartment am Campus

Ich suche für mein 1-Zimmer-Apartment an der Uni vom 01.03.2024 bis zum 31.08.2024 einen Zwischenmieter . Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudekomplexes von TheFIZZ. Bei Interesse besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung komplett zu übernehmen, was allerdings den Mietpreis auf 688 EUR erhöhen würde.

In der Warmmiete von 645 EUR sind die Möbel, Wasser, Heizung, Strom und Internet bereits enthalten. Die einzigen zusätzlichen Kosten, die anfallen, sind zum Wäschewaschen im Waschkeller. Der Waschkeller ist mit modernen Miele Professional Maschinen ausgestattet, die unkompliziert über eine App benutzt werden können.

Die Küche wurde erst kürzlich neu gemacht und der Herd funktioniert mit Induktion.

Die Möbel (Schreibtisch, Bett, Kommode, Stuhl und Hocker) gehören zur Wohnung und sind in der Miete enthalten. Der Boden ist ein dezentes parkett. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar direkt an der Straße, allerdings sind die Wände und Fenster so gut isoliert, dass man von dem Straßenlärm kaum etwas mitbekommt.

I am looking for an interim tenant for my 1-room apartment at the university from 01.03.2024 to 31.08.2024. The apartment is located on the first floor of TheFIZZ building complex. If interested, there is also the possibility to take over the apartment completely, but this would increase the rent to EUR 688.

The warm rent of EUR 645 already includes furniture, water, heating, electricity and internet. The only additional costs incurred are for washing clothes in the laundry room. The laundry room is equipped with modern Miele Professional machines, which can be easily used via an app.

The kitchen was recently redone and the stove works with induction.

The furniture (desk, bed, chest of drawers, chair and stool) belongs to the apartment and is included in the rent. The floor is a decent parquet. The apartment is located directly on the street, but the walls and windows are so well insulated that you hardly notice anything of the street noise.
