Die Wohnung ist ca. 37 qm groß. Ich wohne hier aktuell in Untermiete und werde Mitte Februar umziehen. Deshalb suche ich einen Nachmieter und würde bei Interesse einen Kontakt zu meiner Vermieterin herstellen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain und ist möbliert – auch ein Fernseher ist vorhanden. Internet habe ich mir mit den Nachbarn geteilt – die Telekom hat hier aber auch eine gute Leitung.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas angespannt, weil die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt. Und damit sind wir bereits bei dem großen Vorteil. Hier in der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (naher Rewe), Restaurants, Cafés und Bars und eine sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Tramstation liegt nur einige Meter entfernt.
