Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 60qm, liegt im 3. OG/Dachgeschoss, ist mit amerikanischer Küche ausgestattet, hat ein modernes Bad und auch einen schönen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist für WG nicht geeignet, weil die Zimmer nicht getrennt sind.
Die Kaltmiete liegt bei 395 € und die Nebenkosten sind ca 120 €. Hinzu kommen nur noch die Stromkosten, die separat mit dem Stromversorger abzurechnen sind.
Von privat, provisionsfrei.
