Hallo,
in den Schulferien von 30.7. - 14.9. steht meine schöne Altbau-Wohnung im Viertel (Roonstraße ) zur Verfügung. Sie ist ( vom Vermieter, also recht einfach ) möbliert, hat ein 28 qm großes Zimmer mit Erker, Mini-Bad und Kochnische. Vier Wochen Miete sind Minimum, weil ich meine persönlichen Sachen rausschaffe. Sonst ist alles zum Leben da, inkl. Geschirr, Bettbezug und Handtücher, Waschmaschine befindet sich für alle im Keller. Die Miete kostet so viel, wie ich selbst zahle, nämlich 385 Euro warm + Ökostrom 25 Euro pro Monat. Eine Kaution von 200 Euro müsste gezahlt werden.
Im Haus leben Studenten aus aller Welt, trotzdem ist es schön ruhig.
