Das Zimmer befindet sich im Studentnwohnheim Vorstraße im A Block. Es ist etwa 15 Quadratmeter groß und voll möbliert(Den Teppich könnte ich wegstecken). Es gibt ein schönes großes Fenster mit Sonnenlicht im Erdgeschoss.
Die WG ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, zu der Wohnung gehört neben einer Küche, zwei Badezimmern, einer Gästetoilette, sieben Einzelzimmern und einem großen Wohnzimmer auch eine eigene Terrasse, die im Sommer zum Sonnenbaden und Grillen einlädt.
Im Mietpreis enthalten ist Strom, Wasser und Internet.
The room is 15qm² with a big window and comes with furniture (maybe I will put the carpet away). There are two bathrooms plus an extra toilet in the flat, seven single rooms, a big living room with a kitchen plus a terrace that functions as a meeting spot for barbecues and chillouts.
