The room has a gallery, he kitchen is fully equipped. The small sized bathroom leads from the kitchen. The apartment is in average condition – mainly the window frames – despite all that, it's a very good apartment.

The house is nice and calm and the owner is straight and helpful.
Maybe it's not the most beautiful street in the city, but it's a very good place. By the way, one of the most beautiful parks in Budapest is located 300 meters away.
The infrastructure is excellent: public transport and shopping opportunities are very good.
There is a Lidl and a market within easy reach and and several trams can be reached within a 2-minute walk, and the Metro 4 is only one stop by tram or a 10-minute walk away.
