It is located in the middle part of district 7, at Rozsa street. On the corner of the next street there is a bus stop, providing an easy access to downtown of Budapest, however even by walk within 10-15 minutes the city center is reachable. At the same corner there is a 24/7 open store and a few bigger supermarket (Spar, Aldi etc) within a few minutes walk.
We are looking forward tenants who are not smoking, don't have pets with them and don't organize loud parties in the apartment as we have a very good connections with the neighbors and we would like to keep it that way. We also prefer long term, possibly 1 year contract.
