Dazu kommt noch der Strom, ich schâtze es ist ca. 3.5oo - 5.ooo,- Ft (13-18 Euro), Heizung im Winter, ca. 7.000,-Ft, ( ca. 26 Euro) aber es gibt ein MessUhr am Heizungs-system und Sie können die Benutzung regeln. Und dazu kommnt noch Internet (10-16€)oder SAT-TV.
Das Appartement ist mit neuen IKEA Mobel eingerichtet, total neue Küche und Bathroom und WC. Küche ist völlig eingerichtet (Micro, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirre, etc., Bügel, Bügeldesk, Schraubsauger, etc.)
Beautifull 1-bedroom apartement with new Ikea furniture in the city centre of Budapest in a very safe neigborhood, next to the Szent Istvan Square. Donau river just at the corner of the condo. Kitchen with all equipment what you need for a comfortable stay.
Location and public transport system is ideal, you can reach everything easily from here.
The following stops are in walking diastance: Tram Nr.4, Nr.6, Nr.2, trolley Nr.75, Nr. 76, West Railway station and Metro Nr. 3.
You can do jogging in the Margaret Iland or in the park.
Monthly utilities are very cheap and good calculable.
