El estudio es ideal para 1 persona o pareja y se puede alquilar por un mínimo de 6 meses. Fumar y mascotas no están permitidos en el piso.
La habitación puede ser ocupada por el pago de 1 mes de alquiler + la cantidad del depósito (2 meses de alquiler).

Precio de limpieza/mantenimiento al salir: 100 €. Sólo se cobra una vez, independientemente de si usted vive aquí durante 6 meses o 1 año.

The studio is ideal for 1 person or a couple and can be rented for a minimum of 6 months. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the flat.
The room can be occupied by the payment of 1 month rental fee + the amount of the deposit (2 months rental).
