From the beginning of September, our 8th district apartment will be for rent in Alföldi Street.


The yard of the house is specifically green, decorated with fig trees, rose bushes, chirping birds and sometimes random cats.
The apartment opens from the inner courtyard, ground floor, 37sqm, 1.5 rooms, fully furnished (most of the equipment shown in the pictures remains, or it is a matter of discussion, the piano and the bicycle are not negotiable). There is no gas in the apartment, so it works with all electricity.
The costs are based on individual water and electricity consumption, the internet is 3500 huf, the common cost is 12.600 huf. In summer, the average is between 25.000-35.000huf (around 100euro) and in winter between 40.000-50.000 huf (around 120 euros, based on compsumtion) The rent is 340euros + utilities + one month deposit upon signing the contract.
