- Geschirrspülmaschine
- Zwei Schränke
- Einen Keller
- Waschzimmer mit Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner und Wäscheleinen mit einem Ventilator
- Eine Minute Entfernung von Bahnhof/PostAuto Chur, zwei Minuten von Migros Supermarkt, eine Minute von Migrosklubsschule.

Die kostet 1100 CHF pro Monat. Falls Sie ein Parkplatz wollen, sollen Sie 100 CHF plus zahlen.
Ich bin zufrieden mit meiner Wohnung aber leider muss ich wegen der Entfernung von der Arbeit umziehen.
