Die Wohnung ist vollmöbeliert mit den Möbeln, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, einer Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Bettwäsche. Auf Wunsch kann die Wohnung aber auch komplett leergeräumt werden.

The flat is located in the first floor of a house with about 40 more flats. There is a kitchenette with two hobs and a fridge. The washing mashine and the dryer in the basement are open for everyone to use (2€ for washing, 1.50€ for drying). Bycicles can be locked in the backyard.
It is fully furnished with all the furniture you can see in the picture, a microwave, a water boiler, dishes and bedclothes, but everything can be removed if you want.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Teil Bessungens. Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es ca. 15 min zu Uni Stadtmitte oder Lichtwiese. Die nächste Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist zu Fuß in 7 min zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Rewe, DM, Alnatura sind 5 min Fußweg entfernt.

The flat is located in a quiet part of Bessungen (Darmstadt). The university is 15 minutes away by bike, the next bus and tram station can be reached within 7 minutes by feet. You can walk to the shopping area with Aldi, Rewe, DM and Alnatura in only 5 minutes.
