Sämtliche Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung) sind inklusive, auch gratis WLAN Internet und SAT-TV Anschluss. Ihre Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock (der letzter Stock), mit Zugang zum Aufzug.

The apartments in SMARTments are ideal for students. The room is 21 m2 and completely furnished: a bed with a storage compartment, huge desk, 2 wardrobes, a commode for TV, separate kitchenette (with a stove and microwave oven), and a separate bathroom. All other utility costs such as electricity, gas, water, as well as internet and satellite TV access are included. The apartment is on the 4th floor (last floor), and the elevator is accessible.
SMARTments ist direkt im Zentrum Darmstadt gelegen. Es ist nur einen Steinwurf von der Hochschule Darmstadt und knapp 1 km vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt (ca. 10-15 min zu Fuß). Der Hauptcampus der TU Darmstadt ist rund 1,7 km entfernt, der Campus Lichtwise 3 km. Mit dem ÖPNV sind diese natürlich schnell erreicht. Auch der Weg zur evangelischen Hochschule
(1,3 km)
und zur Internationalen Berufsakademie (0,6 km) ist für dich als Bewohner des SMARTments nicht weit. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt (Linie H). Es ist auch 7 min zu Fuß zur Haltstelle Berlinerallee (sehr gute Tram und Busverbindung). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke (7 Minuten zu Fuß): Rewe, Aldi, Penny, und Apotheke.
SMARTments is directly in the center of Darmstadt city. Directly close by the h_da campus, and is 1 km away from the central train station (10-15 min walk). Darmstadt University (TU) main campus is 1.7 km away, and the Lichtwiese is 3 km. The access to the city is pretty simple, with the bus station located just 2 min by foot, and it reaches the city center in 8 min. There is also another station (Berlineralle) where you can access both buses and trams, and it is 7 min walking distance. Shopping facilities are right on the corner: Supermarkets Rewe, Aldi, Penny, and a Pharmacy.
Ein Parkplatz kann für 50 Euro montalich zusätzlich gemietet werden.
Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind ebenso vorhanden wie ein kostenloser Fahrradkeller.

there are 2 common rooms in the building, one on the ground floor and is equipped with a full kitchen. both rooms have TVs: a place to learn, meet and celebrate!
