Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein ca. 24 qm großes, voll möbliertes Einzelapartment mit Bett inkl. Matratze, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Regalen, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel, Beleuchtung und Garderobe. Das Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken mit WC wirkt durch die moderne Gestaltung recht geräumig. Die Pantryküche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, Induktionskochfelder und eine Spüle.
Außerdem gibt es zwei Lernräume und einen Gemeinschaftsraum in dem Gebäude, so knüpft man schnell Kontakte und lernt die anderen Bewohner des Hauses kennen.
Insgesamt kostet die Wohnung 620 € monatlich. Darin sind alle Nebenkosten sowie die Möbelmiete enthalten.

I am looking for a new tenant for my approximately 24 sqm, fully furnished single apartment with bed including mattress, desk and chair, shelves, wardrobe, mirror, lighting and wardrobe. The bathroom with shower, sink with toilet looks quite spacious due to the modern design. The pantry has a fridge, microwave, induction hobs and a sink.

"The Fizz" is very centrally located, with good links to public transport. The university is located directly opposite, the main train station and the city center are within walking distance. A REWE is five minutes away on foot.
Der Mietvertrag kann problemlos semesterweise verlängert werden, wenn ihr hier länger wohnen bleiben wollt.
Optional kann monatlich ein Stellplatz für ein Auto dazu gemietet werden. An der Rezeption kann man Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, und Extra-Betten ausleihen. Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen im Waschkeller zur Verfügung gegen Entgelt.
