Die ganze Wohnung ist nur teilweise aber genügend möbliert. Untern ist ein Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung und Obern ist schon Dachgeschoss, wo man die Gewäsche trocken lassen und einige Dinge in eigenem Zeller lagern kann.
Die Wohnung ist verfügbar ab jetzt bis Ende September.

The Apartment has totally 35 m², with separated WC and kitchen, a storage room and an entrance space. The main room is about 20 m². The whole apartment has a few furniture but enough to live in. There is space at the basement to lay the bike and above somewhere to dry the laundry and store some stuffes.
The apartment is available from now on till the end of september.

Man läuft 3 min ins Zentrum, noch 5 min dann schon bei Luisenplatz.
In der Nähe gibt es Supermarkten, Banken usw.
die ÖPNV liegt wirklich ganz ganz nah. 1 Min zu Fuß liegt schon die Haltestelle Schulstraße.
