Zur hochwertigen Systemmöblierung gehören ein Bett (120x200cm mit Lattenrost, Bettkasten und Matratze), Schreibtisch mit Rollcontainer, Schreibtischstuhl, Esstisch mit Hocker, TV-Board (TV-Anschluss mit 4 Sendern von Sky vorhanden), großer Kleiderschrank und Garderobe mit Schuhschrank. Die praktische Pantryküche besteht aus zwei Kochplatten, Küchenschränken, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einer Mikrowelle. Im modernen Badezimmer befindet sich eine geräumige Dusche, Waschbecken, großer Spiegel, Ablageflächen und ein eigenes WC.

Heizkosten, Möbelmiete und Internet sind in der Warmmiete enthalten. Dein Fahrrad kannst du im Keller oder an den Außenstellplätzen abstellen. Im Keller befindet sich außerdem ein Waschraum mit Miele Waschmaschinen und Trocknern (gegen Gebühr). Zusätzlich gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit großer Küche, Tischtennisplatte und TV (u.a. Hier ist Montag bis Freitag von 8.00-10.00 und 15.30–20.00 Uhr eine Ansprechperson vor Ort, bei der Fragen geklärt oder z.B. Staubsauger, Putz-Set, Beer-Pong-Tisch, Dart-Set, Playstation und Spiele ausgeliehen werden können. Zusätzlich nimmt die Rezeption auch deine Pakete entgegen.

Deine Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Bereich des Hauses (keine Probleme mit lauten Nachbarn) und ist somit optimal zum Lernen und zum Zurückziehen. Es gibt jedoch auch eine aktive Hausgemeinschaft (incl. WhatsApp Gruppe) und regelmäßige Events und Partys, falls du gerne etwas unternehmen möchtest.

It is a fully furnished 22 m² apartment on the fourth floor in The FIZZ Darmstadt. The premium furniture consists of a bed (120x200cm incl. slatted frame, under bed drawer and mattress), desk with movable pedestal, desk chair, dining table with stool, entertainment cabinet (TV connection with 4 sky cannels available), big wardrobe and coatrack with a shoe cabinet. The components of the handy built-in kitchen include two cooking plates, kitchen cabinet, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a microwave. The modern bathroom consists of a spacious shower, basin, large mirror and a WC.

The heating costs, power costs, furniture rent and Internet are included in the total rent. You can park you bike at the storage room in the basement or at the outside parking space. You will also find a washing room with Miele washing machines and dryers (for money) in the basement. In addition there is a common room with a big fitted kitchen, ping-pong table and TV (among others Sky), as well as several detached study rooms. A movie lounge with a beamer is located in the entrance hall. If the weather is fine, you can relax in one of the beach chairs of the outdoor area or you do a BBQ at the roof terrace. Right at the entry area is a reception. Here you will find a contact person to clear up a question or borrow a vacuum cleaner, cleaning set, beer pong table, dart set or PlayStation and games from Monday to Friday 8:00-10:00 and 15:30 to 20:00. The apartment is in a quite area of the building (never had problems with noisy neighbors), why it is perfect for studying or withdrawing. There is a very active house community (including a WhatsApp group) and regular events and parties.
