The apartment will be free after June, 30.
It has 32m2, with a closed bathroom, two windows and a cosy balcony. Besides, there is also a closed space in the basement that you can store your personal belongings, there are shared facilities for washing and drying machine, and there is a storage room for bicicles.
All the furniture, except the kitchen, was bought new and it was used for only 11 months. I intend to sell the forniture for a small amount.
