Hello, I will be soon moving out of my apartment so I am looking for someone to rent after me. Short term renting is also possible which can be extended if you want.
The one room apartment is partly furnished- it contains a bed, table, cupboard for clothes, a kitchen pantry with a fridge, and toilet. I am willing to transfer some of the stuff such as the Microwave oven, internet and my bike. We can discuss it if you are interested. On the first floor there is a bike parking place and a washing machine. Each use of the washing machine costs 3 euros- tokens can be collected from the Manager.
The room is perfect for students and also working people. Please keep in mind only one person is allowed to rent the apartment. The location is very good, the university, Hbf, public transport, and the supermarket are all within walking distance. Please ask me if you have further questions.
