Apartamento
The apartment is located at the FIZZ, a very nice community in Darmstadt. Please note that you don’t have to be a student to rent it - working people are also welcome.
I am moving out for some personal reasons, and I will be happy to give my place to someone else. Taking the apartment from me will make your stay at the FIZZ much more flexible: the contract is now valid till April 2020, but if you enjoy it you can extend it as long as you want.
The studio has everything you need: of course you will have your personal kitchen and bathroom, and quite a lot of space. The price includes all costs and it is the cheapest option in the whole location.
You can always use the common rooms: cook in the kitchen, play ping-pong, watch a huge TV and even play piano.
The benefits of my room: the apartment is just perfectly located in the building: you will have shortcuts to go outside (it will save you a lot of time), and to all communal areas: common kitchen, study rooms, lobby and the laundry room. Also you will have a nice view on the backyard where you can see a squirrel coming every morning.
