Ich suche eine:n Nachmieter:in für mein 1-Zimmer-Apartment im Studentenwohnheim THE FIZZ in Darmstadt.

Das Gebäude wurde 2016 fertiggestellt und ist daher im Zustand eines Neubaus. Es zeichnet sich durch Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie der Lobby, der Dachterrasse oder einem Gemeinschaftsraum mit Tischkicker, Tischtennisplatte und großer voll ausgestatteter Küche aus. Zudem stehen Lernräume, ein großzügiger Waschraum und ein Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung. Ein PKW-Stellplatz könnte gegen eine kleine Gebühr noch dazu gemietet werden. Die Rezeption verleiht kostenfrei alles weitere – wie Staubsauger oder Gästebetten – und nimmt Pakete an, bzw. steht bei allen weiteren Fragen und Wünschen zur Verfügung.

Das 22m² große und helle Apartment selbst befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss mit Blick auf die ruhigen Außenanlagen. Es ist komplett ausgestattet, neben modernem Bad und Pantryküche (inklusive Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Induktionsherd) findet sich darin ein großzügiges Bett von 1,20m Breite, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch, sowie Stauraum in Sideboard und Regalen.

Insgesamt beträgt die monatliche Warmmiete 674€, darin sind alle Nebenkosten mit inbegriffen - Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung und der sehr gute Internetanschluss mit eigenem Router. Hinzu kommt die Kaution und eine einmalige Verwaltungspauschale von 295€.

Als Mieter sind Studenten, Azubis und Praktikanten möglich, die Voraussetzung ist lediglich ein Vertragsabschluss bis (mindestens) inkl. September 2022.

I am looking for a new tenant for my 1-Room-Apartment in the student dorm THE FIZZ in Darmstadt.

The building was completed in 2016 and is therefore in the shape of a newly constructed building. It features community areas such as the lobby, the rooftop terrace as well as a communal room including a tabletop football, a ping-pong table and a large and well-equipped kitchen. Furthermore, there are study rooms, a spacious washing room and a storage room for your bike. For a small extra fee there are parking spaces available. The reception provides everything else you might need – such as vacuum cleaners or spare beds – they also accept packages and are available for all further questions or requests.

The spacious and bright 22m²-apartment itself is on the second floor, looking out on the quiet outdoor facilities. It’s fully equipped, on top of the modern bathroom and kitchenette (including a fridge, microwave and induction stove) there are a generous 1,20m-bed, a wardrobe, a desk and storage space in a sideboard and on shelves.

The monthly all-inclusive-rent is 674€, it includes all additional costs – electricity, warm water, heating and a very fast internet connection as well as your own router. Added to there's only the deposit and a one-time administration fee of 295€.

Possible tenants are students, trainees and apprentices, the only requirement is a new contract to (at least) the end of September 2022.
