In the apartment, we have a bathroom/toilet, a bedroom/living room, and a kitchen. I am living with a friend here, so this apartment can also fit your desires if you're looking to find somewhere to live with another person. We have a bed and an extra mattress, a washing machine, a TV, a fridge, and many more devices that we can pass on to you later if you want. The rent includes electricity, water, internet. If you choose to stay here, you will first take up the last month of our current contract which runs until 1.10.2022, and then you will have the option to extend the stay with the owner of the apartment. The owner is very friendly and helpful, so you should have no problem in extending the rental contract. Another perk of this apartment is that it is in the Landkreis Darmstadt-Dieburg, so the legal processes (Einwohneranmeldung, Aufenthaltserlaubnis, usw.) here are very fast, in comparison to that in Darmstadt.
