Das Apartment ist ein vergleichsweise helles Souterrain-Appartment mit eigener Küchenzeile. Die Miete an die Hausverwaltung beträgt 290€. Dazu kommen noch die Stromkosten für das Zimmer, sowie Internet (zusammen ca 30€ zusätzlich), was du dir mit den anderen beiden Bewohnern (Raj und Marcel) der Souterrain-Appartments teilst. Auch das kleine Bad, Flur, Gefriertruhe, Putzzeug und Waschmaschine teilst mit Ihnen.
Marcel ist zur Zeit sehr selten in der Wohnung. Mit Raj kannst du dich, wenn du möchtest aber gut konnekten und gemeinsam zu kochen oder so. Allerdings ist es auch kein Problem und durch den fehlenden Gemeinschaftsraum oft sogar einfacher sich ins eigene Zimmer zurückzuziehen.
Neben dem Zimmer gibt es auch einen Garten mit kleinem Grill, der mitgenutzt werden kann und die Möglichkeit das Fahrrad im Keller abzustellen.

The flat is a comparatively bright basement apartment with its own kitchenette. The rent to the property management is €290. In addition, there are the electricity costs for the room, as well as internet (together approx. 30€ extra), which you share with the other two residents (Raj and Marcel) of the basement apartment. You also share the small bathroom, corridor, freezer, cleaning utensils and washing machine with them.
Marcel is very rarely in the flat at the moment. However, you can connect with Raj if you want and cook together or something. However, it's not a problem and because there is no common room, it's often even easier to stay in your own room.
In addition to the room, there is also a garden with a small grill that you can use and the possibility to leave your bike in the basement.
Die Wohnung liegt im Komponistenviertel an der Ecke Dieburgerstraße und Rosenhöhenweg. Die Haltestelle des F-Busses ist ca. 2 min entfernt und kann damit direkt in die Innenstadt fahren oder zur Grube Prinz-von-Hessen um zu baden. Auch am Ostbahnhof ist man zu Fuß in ca. 15 min. Der Karlshof ist auch nicht so weit entfernt, so dass man Freunde dort gut treffen kann. In ca. 3 min entfernung gibt es auch einen Döner und Kiosk, sowie in die andere Richtung einen Bäcker. Zum nächsten Supermarkt musst du ca. 10 min laufen.

The flat is located in the Komponistenviertel on the corner of Dieburgerstraße and Rosenhöhenweg. The F-bus stop is about 2 minutes away, which takes you directly to the city centre or to the Prinz-von-Hessen Grube for a swim. The Ostbahnhof is also about 15 minutes away on foot. The Karlshof is also not that far away, so it's easy to meet friends there. There is also a kebab shop and a kiosk about 3 minutes away, and a bakery in the other direction. You have to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket.
Einige Möbel und Küchengeräte wie Küchentisch, Regal im Wandschrank, Wasserkocher oder Toaster würde ich gegen Abschlag ca. 200€ weiterverkaufen. (Der Abschlag kann sich Ändern wenn du mir mehr oder weniger abkaufst)
