I am looking for a new tenant for my single apartment from Oct min till Jan, because I am doing my internship in Heidelberg I had rented it out to my friend Jabber till September and now I am looking for a new tenant as I am continuing my Praxis Semester
The apartment is located in the Emil Figgenstrasse-7 (near from university Dortmund) is in a quiet place with nice view and nice environment or shopping can go by bus to the oberbank / gross barop. It is with sofa, writing desk, fridge, shoes, closet and internet.
Fully furnished single room.Washing machine available in basement.
