I am moving from my flat in Dresden Neustradt (Louisenstr.) and searching for a new tenant or pair who would move in from May.
Visiting this week only, Wednesday evening!
I would give priority to one who wants to buy furniture: bed with mattress, garderobe, deck, shelf, dinning table, all in very good condition!

The flat can be rented for 2 years min for one who has his own income.

About the flat and location: The flat is 40 m2 and consists of spacious southern direction living room / bedroom and a separate fully equipped kitchen, which comes with the apartment for free. There is a bathroom with window with bathtub and possibility to connect a washing machine.
The house is old but freshly renovated and not facing to the street, its internal building. Although the location is very central, it’s very quiet in the apartment even in summer with open windows.
The apartment is very well connected to everything: the closest tram stop is in 2 minutes walk. Alberplatz in 10 minutes walk, the closest supermarket is in 400 m and other ones, incl. Dm and pharmacy are in 7-10 min walk. Bars and restaurants are just in a few meters from the house.
There is a bike storage in the building.
