Ich suche für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Studenten, Singles oder sogar für ein Paar, das etwas Geld sparen möchte! Die Wohnung ist ca. 21 qm groß und verfügt über eine offene Einbauküche. Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und lichtdurchflutet. Das Innenbad ist über einen kleinen Flur erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, deshalb sind im Sommer die Vormittage hell und die Nachmittage kühler. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil zur Aufbewahrung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und die Nachbarn im Gebäude sind freundliche Menschen :)

I am looking for a new tenant for my 1 room apartment. The flat is perfect for students, singles, or even for a couple who want to save some money! The apartment is about 21 sqm and has an open fitted kitchen. The living room/bedroom is spacious and flooded with light. The inside bathroom can be reached via a small corridor. The apartment faces to the east, reason why in summer mornings are bright and afternoons cooler. To the apartment belongs also a cellar compartment for storage. The apartment is really cozy and the neighbors in the building are kind people :)
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Stadtteil Neustadt. Die näheste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, aber viele andere Haltestellen sind in fußläufiger Entfernung erreichbar.
In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Cafés. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Dresdener Altstadt ist etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The flat has a central location in the district of Neustadt. The closest tram station is just 1 minute away on foot, but many other stops are reachable within walking distance.
In the neighborhood, there are several supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and cafés. Everything, within walking distance. The Dresdener Altstadt is about 15 minutes on foot.
Es gibt einige Möbel, die vom neuen Mieter übernommen werden können, dies ist optional.
Die Wohnung wird ab dem 1. Dezember übergeben, aber ein früherer Termin kann nach Absprache vereinbart werden.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir bitte hier eine Nachricht und ich werde mich bald in Verbindung setzen, (möglicherweise habe ich bis zum 27. September eine begrenzte Verbindung, aber du kannst mir immer noch schreiben, und ich werde dir so bald wie möglich antworten) :)

There is some furniture that can be taken over by the new tenant, this is optional.
The flat will be handed over from the 1st of December, but an earlier date can be arranged upon agreement.
