Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmerwohnung in der Dresdner Neustadt in einem ruhigen Hinterhaus auf der Louisenstr. Die Wohnung liegt im 4.OG und ist super ruhig, da oben drüber nur noch der Dachboden ist, was die Wohnung im Sommer auch nicht zu heiß werden lässt. Im Oktober letzten Jahres wurde ein neuer Boden verlegt sowie eine neue Badewanne eingebaut. Die Küche habe ich selbst eingebaut und würde dafür gern noch 800€ VB haben. Inclusive Backofen mit Kochfeld und Kühlschrank. Dieser ist von AEG.
Von der Wohnung aus kann man sämtliche Bahnen und Busse zu Fuß erreichen. Auch der Neustädter Bahnhof ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad brauch man ca. 15-20 min zur Uni.
