Ich möchte meine 1-Raumwohnung in der Altstadt (Wilsdruffer Vorstadt/Seevorstadt West) von Oktober bis Dezember 2012 untervermieten. Die Wohnung besteht aus kleinem Flur, Bad mit Dusche und Wohnraum mit Kochnische. Sie liegt im 12. Stock und man hat eine super Aussicht über Dresden. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert; im Keller gibt es Münzwaschmaschinen und -trockner, sowie viel Platz für Fahrräder.

In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf der Prager Straße, in 5 Minuten bei nah&gut. Die Anbindung zur Uni ist auch sehr gut; man fährt mit dem Bus 10 Minuten. Auch die Straßenbahnanbindung ist super.
