I want to find a subtenant during my holiday (1 month) in single room apartment in Gret-Palucca-Straße 9. It comes with everything you need: balcony, internet, own kitchen, own bath and fully furniture with the total price 200€ for 1 month. In case, you want to rent by days, the price is 9€ per day.

Die Lage ist eigentlich ideal, kommt Hauptbahnhof und HTW und großen Garten zur Fuß an. Man kann mit der Straßenbahn 9, 10, 11 und mit dem Bus 66 fünf Minuten nehmen. Für Einkauf gibt es REWE und Netto, LIDL in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Keller des Wohnheims gibt es eine Studentenbar. Für Bewohner des Hauses in Hausschuhen erreichbar.
Ansonsten kann sollte ich vielleicht noch erwähnen, dass sich Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrockner im Keller befinden, die zu 2,10€ benutzt werden können. Ein Parkplatz kann ebenfalls dazugemietet werden, aber zu Preisen usw.
Im Mietpreis von 200€ sind auch Heizkosten, Strom und Wasser, enthalten.
