Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit Bett 100x 200, 1 x Schlafsofa neu vom Dezember, 1x Kühlschrank, 1xWaschmachine, 1x Schreibtisch, 1x Esstisch, 1x Schuhschrank.Die sind auf Wunsch gegen guenstigen Aufpreis erhaeltlich. Die Adresse ist Mosczinskystr 12 /110. Liegt gegenüber Hauptbahnhof Nord. Warmmiete 302 Euro inkl Wasser und Heizung. Strom kostet extra 29 Euro bei DREWAG. Fläche 27 Quadratmeter mit inklusiver Küche, Badezimmer und Balkon. ich bin unter (siehe unten) ab 16 uhr erreichbar. Zimmer ist sauber und gepflegt. Außerdem gibt es Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Anrufen unter ----/------- ab 16 uhr
3 Minuten zu Fuß zu Hauptbahnhof. Hauptbahnhof liegt in ca 170m Entfernung zum Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr viele,da sie in der Innenstadt gelegen ist.
