Beautiful, bright one room flat in Dresden, Blasewitz. Own shower and kitchen,utility room, Internet available from Telecolumbus and T-mobile(Optical fiber high speed connection), TV socket.
Available furniture included (All relatively new, bought just 6 months before) double bed (140 x 200) suitable for single or couple,Wardrobe form IKEA, Lamps, Shelves, Revolving chair and table, Corner for hanging the coats, Vacuum cleaner etc all are negotiable.
Kitchen included sink, fridge with freezer, cabinet, Electric Cooker with Oven, Microwave-oven.
We are looking for new tenants single or couple. Suitable for student and employee.
Net rent: € 252 (excluding electricity and internet). In my case I use internet from Telecolombus speed up to 50 Mbps( €19.99), and electricity from Drewag (€ 19.99).
Deposit: € 500.

Super location in the heart of Dresden. Train and bus station right door-step. By tram 1 & 2 (overnight), it took only 10-12 minutes to reach Hauptbahnhof, Dresden. Bus 61 will take you to University in just 10 minutes as well.
Netto, Lidl, kaufland and Frida all are in a walking distance.
The most iconic feature of my place is it is just in front of the magnificent Grosser garten. You can enjoy the fresh air and scenery from the balcony as well as I hope you will be inspired for walk and cycling whenever you want!

Die kultigsten Merkmal meiner Stelle ist es nur vor dem prächtigen Großen Garten ist. Sie können auch die frische Luft und die Landschaft vom Balkon genießen, wie ich hoffe, dass Sie zu Fuß und Radfahren inspiriert werden, wann immer Sie wollen!
I am shifting this flat as because I just graduated and got a new job to other place. Flat is available from 1st June. But as my joining is from 15th May so I would like handover flat from 15th May if anyone interested.
