Fully furnished attic apartment for one or maximal two persons. Very cozy and private atmosphere. Public transport is about 7 Minutes away by foot (local bus stop towards city center). There is a possibility to park your car in the underground garage free of charge. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped: fridge, microwave, stove and oven, vacuum cleaner, dishes and pots, cups, glasses. In the small entrance hall there is closet. in the living room there is a comfortable bed 160x200cm (63x78"), reading corner with a chair and lamp and a writing desk. There is a bar table dividing the kitchen from the living area. Washing machines for the tenants are in the celar and are used with coins. There is also a nice ant dry cellar associated to the apartment.
The rent including heating, water, garbage is 500€/month. If wished i could pay the electricity and Internet. In that case the rent would rise for that amount. According German law every household hast to pay statt TV fee 17,90 per month. The bill is sent to you automatically upon registering your residence (Anmeldung). The minimal stay should be at least 6 months but if unforeseen circumstances especially during the Pandemics occur, it could be shorter. The deposit od 1230,- € is to be payed upon signing the contract.
Cotta is a living area. The connection to the city centre is excellent. To the main station you need about 12 Min by car and to the airport Dresden about 20 min. Cotta is very well connencted to the Autobahn A4. With the tram
line 12 you need around 15 min to the city centre.
