The apartment is officially and legally rented by owner.
A proper contract and money transfer on a German account.
I rent a 1-room apartment (41sqm) for 1-2 persons temporary under. (max. 12 months). An extension is possible, but not guaranteed.
Terrace (25sqm) is behind the house and can be used for keeping the bike. There is a private garden, which can be shared. If you wish, you can also plant something.
The apartment is fully furnished.
The furniture remains so according to the pictures, but could be rearranged.
The hot water supply and heating are central, not from the electricity. Everything is in a proper rental contract.
The price:
For 1 person => 750 € all incl. (gas, electricity, internet).
For 2 people => 800 € all incl. (gas, electricity, internet).
Without further hidden costs, all incl. also ARD fee!
With rental contract and registration at the citizen's office. ALL LEGAL.
The deposit is 1100,00 €.
A Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskuft and other papers are NOT necessary.
The notice period 15 days to the end of the month. NO subletting!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage ohne Straßenlärm. Keine direkten Nachbarn.
Durch die Haltestelle Ockerwitzer Straße ist man gut angebunden. Die 12 Richtung Postplatz, die Busse 70 / 80 zum Elbepark, sowie die 1 und Bus 68 Richtung Postplatz. Alles innerhalb 10 -15 min von Stadtzentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige. Edeka, Lidl und Aldi beispielsweise sind in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Freibad Cotta ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is in a very quiet location with no street noise. No direct neighbors.
You are well connected through the Ockerwitzer Straße stop. 12 towards Postplatz, buses 70/80 to Elbepark as well 1 and the bus 68 towards Postplatz. Everything within 10 -15 min. from city center. There are some shops: Edeka, Lidl and Aldi, for example, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
Cotta swimming pool can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
Gas, Strom, Wasser und Internet sind bereits in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
