Hallo Leute,
ich suche einen Nachmieter, der meine Wohnung übernimmt. Der mögliche Termin wäre vor dem 15.06.2021. Ich werde die Wohnung bis auf einige Geräte möbliert hinterlassen. Die Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Der Der Frida-Markt befindet sich neben der Bushaltestelle. Kaufland ist nur 2 Haltestellen mit dem Bus, und Sparkasse Bank, Netto Shop und einige Restaurants sind nur eine Haltestelle entfernt (weniger als 10 Minuten Fußweg). Auch Großer Garten ist neben der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, um spazieren zu gehen, was ich in Dresden definitiv vermissen werde.

Hi Guys,
I am looking for a new renter to take over my apartment. The avaiable time could be before 15.06.2021.
I will leave the apartment furnitured except some devices. The bus and tram station is 3 minutes away. Frida-Markt is next to the bus stop. Kaufland is only 2 stop by bus, and sparkass bank, Netto Shop and some resturants are only one stop away (less than 10 minutes walk).
Also Großer Garten is next to the tram station to go for a walk which something I will defintely miss in Dresden.
