ab dem 1.09.2017 werde ich meine schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung verlassen und suche nach einem/r Mieter/in
Die Wohnung ist 35,20 m² groß. Der Boden im Badezimmer ist gefliest. Das Wohnzimmer und der Flur sind mit Laminat ausgelegt. Die kleine Küche hat eine Schiebetür und der Boden ist aus PVC.
Leider muss ich die komplette Kücheneinrichtung mitnehmen, da meine die Küche meiner neuen Wohnung nicht möbiliert ist.
Diese befindet sich mitten in der Friedrichstadt. Bis zur Haltestelle Manitiusstraße sind es nicht mal 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Netto Discounter ist auch gleich neben an. Ca. 6 min braucht man zu Fuß bis Bahnhof Mitte.
Ein Spätshop und eine Kneipe sind auch in der Nähe,
Beachtet bitte, dass ich nur noch bis zum 14. Juli in Dresden bin, dann wieder ab dem 24.07. Ihr könnt mir trotzdem schreiben, um Besichtigungstermine zu vereinbaren! ;)
