1,5 Zi. Whg. in ruhiger Lage zur Zwischenmiete.

Suche Zwischenmieter*innen für meine gemütliche 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung im ruhigen Rand von Friedrichstadt!

Verfügbarkeit unter Umständen auch um eine Woche erweiterbar (also evtl. bis zum 14./15.5.22 wenn gewünscht).

Meine Wohnung bietet Platz für maximal 2 Personen (die sich allerdings ein großes Bett teilen müssten).
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung vollständig möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Alltag braucht. Die Regale, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind würde ich je nach Wunsch und Platzbedürfnis leer räumen.
Außerdem habe ich einen großzügigen Balkon, der zum ruhigen Hinterhof rausgeht und auf dem man morgens bis mittags Sonne in der Hängematte genießen kann, während nachmittags die Sonne in das Wohn/Schlafzimmer scheint.
Wäre von Vorteil wenn du/ihr Pflanzen in der Wohnung mögt, davon gibt es bei mir einige.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und leise, sehr Homeoffice-freundlich.

There is room for max. 2 people (but you would have to share a big bed).
I will leave the flat completely furnished and will empty all the shelves that are on the pictures (if space for your things is needed).
Everything you could need during your stay you will find in my flat (full kitchen, washing machine, tv with hdmi, different options for playing music, working desk for standing and sitting...etc.).
In the morning you can enjoy the sund in the hammock on the big balcony and in the afternoon the sun shines through the window of the Living/sleeping room.
It would be great if you can appreciate and care for plants because there are a lot of them in my flat.
Overall the neighbours are very welcoming and quiet, good place for working in homeoffice.
