Hallo alle zusamme,
ich suche einen netten Nachmieter für meine 1-Raumwohnung. Sie liegt auf der Kesselsdorferstr. - 9 min mit dem Bus 333 zu TU, 10 min zum Bahnhof und HTW,oder 18 min mit der Staßenbahn 7 zum Bahnhof. viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Netto, Aldi) direkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung wurde von mir selbst ausgestattet. Teile der Einrichtung (Bett, Regal, Sofa,Kühlschrank,Herd Küchenschränke und evtl. Tisch mit Stuhl) konnte gegen kleines Geld übernommen werden. Alles ist gut gepflegt.
Bei Interesse ruft mich einfach an unter der bei Telefon
angegebenen Telefonnummer, ich bin jeden Tag ab 17 Uhr erreichbar. Per E-mail bin ich unter den ganzen Tag erreichbar
. Eine gemütliche Wohnung zum wohlfühlen und der größte Pluspunkt, wie ich finde, ist der Ausblick aus der 12ten Etage.
Strom ist extra nach verbrauch. I
ch zahle 20 Euro und manchmal bekomme ich Geld zurück.
