da ich mich von August bis Oktober im Ausland aufhalten werde, möchte ich hier meine kleine aber feine 1 Raum Whg in Dresden zur Zwischenmiete feilbieten.
Ihr bekommt ein möbiliertes Zimmer in einem 1990 fertiggestellten Mehrfamilienhaus, komplett mit Küche und Bad (mit Wanne). Einen Balkon gibt's auch. Ein Fernsehanschluss ist vorhanden. Falls gewünscht kann der DSL/ISDN Anschluss mit Internet und Telefonie Flat (ins Deutsche Festnetz) für 35 Euro gern genutzt werden.
In der Miete (228 Euro) sind neben der Kaltmiete und den Nebenkosten natürlich auch schon der Stromabschlag enthalten!
Es sind fünf Minute bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle von wo aus man in 15 min. in der Innenstadt ist. Einen Lebensmitteldiscounter (NETTO)gibt es direkt vor der Tür, ein ALDI ist fünf Minuten entfernt.
Ich denke eine Mietrate (also 228 Euro)ist als Vorauszahlung ausreichend um mein Sicherheitsbedürfnis zu befriediegen :-)
Einzug wäre prinzipiell schon ab 1.8. möglich, spätestens aber am 8.8.07. Ich bräuchte die Wohnung dann spätestens am 03.10. zurück.

since I’ll be out of the country August through October I’m subletting my 1-room apartment in Dresden, Germany. The room if fully furnished (complete with kitchen, bathroom, bathtub and washing machine). There is also a balcony attached. The rent (228€) covers water and energy costs as well as cable TV. If you wish to use the phone and DSL connection (both with flatrate – the phone flatrate allows you to call any hard line in Germany for as long as you want, free of extra charge) you can do so for only 35 € more.
There are several tram lines only a 5 minute walk away which will get you to downtown Dresden in just under 15 minutes. Also, quite conveniently, a grocery store is situated right in front of the apartment house.
One month rent in advance and a safety deposit of 228 Euros, which will be returned to you when you leave, are required.
Move in and move out dates are flexible but I’ll need the room back by the beginning of October and it would be very good for me if you could have moved in by August 8th.
