ich ziehe aus und biete ab September/Oktober meine Wohnung an, erstmal für ein Jahr. Die Wohnung kann aber nach einem Jahr noch verlängert werden und somit auch über ein Jahr beziehbar werden, zum Beispiel für ein Studium in Dresden.
Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert vermietet (Schreibtisch, Sofa, Einbauküche, Essecke, evtl. auch Kleiderschrank).
Die Miete beträgt mittlerweile nur noch 178 Euro. Trotz des Neubaus ist die Wohnung groß und hell und hat eine Südost-Aussicht auf einen schönen Park. Sie ist ruhig und uni- und stadtnah (Anbindung 1,2,61,74,85 vor der Haustür in 15 minuten alles zu erreichen).
