Ich vermiete von Anfang Januar bis Ende Februar 2024 meine voll möblierte 1-Raumwohnung inkl. aller Nebenkosten für 400€ pro Monat.

Als Kaution sind 200€ im Voraus zu zahlen, die bei Auszug und Nichtbeschädigung der Wohnung und Einrichtungsgegenstände selbstverständlich zurückgezahlt wird.

Die erste Miete ist direkt nach Vertragsunterzeichnung im Voraus zu zahlen und dient der Absicherung.
Die Folgemiete dann spätestens am 1. des jeweiligen Monats.

Es wird mit der Wohnungsgenossenschaft ein legal und offiziell gültiger Untermietvertrag geschlossen. Dieser erfordert einige Angaben des Untermieteres wie vollständiger Name, Geburtsdatum und aktuelle/vorige Wohnanschrift.

Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung in der NICHT geraucht werden darf. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon.

Es ist auch möglich, dass zwei Personen in der Wohnung wohnen. (Zusätzliche Schlafcouch 1,30x1,90m).

WLAN/WIFI-Internetzugang ist inklusive.

Küche ist voll eingerichtet.
Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

I rent my fully furnished one-room apartment including all additional costs for 400€ per month from the beginning of January to the end of February 2024.

The security deposit is 200 € to be paid in advance, which will be refunded, of course, if the apartment and equipment are withdrawn and not damaged.
The first rent is to be paid in advance directly after signing the contract.

A legally valid subrent contract is concluded with the housing cooperative(landlord company). This requires some information from the sub-tenant such as name, birthday and previous residential address.

It's also possible for two persons to live in the apartement as well. (an aditional daybed is 1,30x,1,90m)

It is a non-smoking apartment in which smoking is prohibited. The apartment has NO balcony.

WIFI internet access is included.

Kitchen is fully equipped.
Washing machine is for free.
