Since I'm done with my studies and my time in Dresden is coming to an end, I am looking for a Nachmieter for my cozy 1 room Apartment.
The apartment is on the 6th floor of a large building of a total of 16 floors. The building has 2 wide elevators that were recently renewed. It is around 27m2 and facing east. In addition to the nice open view, you get to enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the spacious window.
The apartment has the advantage of a fitted kitchen and your own washing machine, which you should take over for a fee (250 EUR). You have your own toilet and bathtub.
The following can also be taken over:
* Ikea Bed (140*200 cm) with Ikea mattress and MFO slatted frames (150 EUR)
* Ikea Wardrobe (70 EUR)
* Microwave (30 EUR)
* Ikea dinning table with 2 chairs (25 EUR)
*Apartment lighting (15 EUR)
* Big fridge with big freezer (Relatively new, 250 EUR)
All furniture is in very good condition!

Shoe rack/Shelf, bathroom shelves and bathroom mirror: I can leave them for free.
The apartment location can't be better! It is very well connected. It only takes 2 min to get to Zwinglistraße station where you can take tram 1 or 2 to get you to the city center, bus 61 to the SLUB or schillerplatz, bus 64 to the uniklinikum, and bus 85 to TUD sporthallen.
If you enjoy jogging, walking or just want a place to relax from everyday tasks, you can reach Großer garten in just 5-7 min by foot or by tram line 1 or 2 in 2 min.
Everything is just around the corner! You have two supermarkets nearby (Norma is directly beside the building, netto is less than 1 min walk), fresh obst and gemüse shop, rossman, 2 pharmacies, 2 backeries, variety of restaurants, and a number of good doctors!
A minimum renting period of 1 year.
