The apartment also has a large balcony with a view of the dresden city, and the dresden attractions like the Frauenkirche. Since the apartment is on the 9th floor, there is minimal noise from the street.

Other amenities like supermarkets (3 min walk), bus/tram station (3 min walk), and pharmacies (3 min walk). Also the Lidl, and Rossmann in the central station is open 365 days of the year, and is very convenient for shopping. The Ufa and Rundkino are also 3 mins walk from the house.
