Zentrale Lage in Neustadt bietet viele Möglichkeiten - Restaurants, Bars, Kultur, etc.
Zum EInkaufen gibt es Netto, REWE, Bio-shops die 5-10 Min. entfernt sind.
ÖPNV:
1 Min. zu Fuß entfernt zum Alaunplatz Tram Haltestelle und 5 Min. zu Fuß vom Bischofsweg Haltestelle.
Mit die 13, 8 und 7 Trams ist Mann schnelle in Altstadt oder an der Universität.

The appt. is directly at the Alaunpark, its very central and amazing location make accessing the culturally diverse Neustadt fun and within a few steps of reach. There are tonnes of possibilities to shop, eat, etc. around.
Connectivity:
The Alaunplatz tram station where the 13 Tram comes, is 1 Min walk away. Other than that the Bischofsweg Stop is 5 Min walks away where the 8 and 7 Trams come, which makes commuting to any part of Dresden (Old city, University, etc.) easy.
Das ist eine schöne und zentrale Wohnung in Neustadt-Dresden.
Das Wohnung kann auch für mehr als eine Person gemietet werden, da sind die Wohnung Verwaltung damit einverstanden.
Das Wonhung Verwaltung und Vermieter sind nette und freundliche Leute.
Ich muss wegen eine Änderung im meine Arbeitsverhältnisse das Wohnung und Dresden verlassen und suche ich eine Nachmieter. Ich bin mit dieser Wohnung sehr zufrieden.

The appt. can also be rent by more than 1 persons, the house maintaining agency and the owner agree to this. They are very nice and friendly people.
I had the most wonderful experience at this house and now due to change in my work-place I need to leave Dresden.
